El Toro Macho Orgánico will pair well with tapas, spaghetti with meat balls and burritos.

This wine is wonderfull with braised short ribs, veggies or pork casseroles with a fruity element such as apricots or prunes.

It will be the ideal companion to  semi-hard cheeses like Edam.
